The morning of the second day of the event saw me climbing up Salter's Hill to photograph trains from the vantage point I'd previously used.    However, when I arrived just after 9am (having walked from Toddington), the sky was very overcast and visibility was somewhat poor.  Although things got better as the morning progressed, the sun didn't really put in much of an appearance until I had departed the location just before midday.
