P91548 - Capability Brown Monument, Croome Park, Worcestershire - Croome Park

This is a monument to the man who designed Croome Park.  The inscription on the front reads :

"To the memory of Lancelot Brown, who by the power of his inimitable and creative genius formed this garden scene out of a morass".

This photograph replaces one removed in the 2023 collection rebuild.
