P93565 - Statue of Lady Mary Bankes, Kingston Lacy House, Dorset - Kingston Lacy

This statue is found on the Loggia inside the house, and was taken on my fourth visit to the property, although this was the first time I'd been inside the main building (flashless photography is permitted inside).  Lady Mary Bankes resisted Parliamentary forces during two sieges of Corfe Castle during the English Civil War.
