This is the entrance to the main building, as seen from the gardens.
I had originally intended to visit a few days earlier, and take the train from Williton, where I was staying, to Dunster. However, my plans changed, and I ended up doing on the last day of my holiday instead. Since there were no trains running on the West Somerset Railway on that day, I made the short drive instead, which was probably a good thing as there was a lot of climbing involved on this visit, and I suspect that adding the walk from the station might have been even more exhausting.
