This locomotive had just been recently returned from overhaul and was liveried in LMS Black with the later LMS number attached. Seen during the Winter Steam Gala 2024, the event would be the last time the locomotive appeared in this guise, as it was intended to change it to its early LMS number of 13298 afterwards.
