P91286 - Eurasian Grey Wolf, Cotswold Wildlife Park, Oxfordshire - On Safari

At some point between the previous photograph and this one, the breed of wolves at the park had been changed.  The wolves weren't very active at this point and this one was the less concealed of the two in the enclosure; even then I had to wait until it lifted its head and looked in my general direction.

This was about the best shot I got of a wolf on this visit, and was taken with the 250mm lens.  I came back later in the day with the 500mm lens, but the lighting wasn't as good, and the positioning of the animals meant that the second attempt was no better than the first one.
