P81003 - Battle of Evesham 2018 : Royalist forces take the field - Battle of Evesham Re-enactment 2018

We now come to the "headline" act of the day: a re-enactment of the Battle of Evesham itself, on the 753rd anniversary of the actual battle.   For this activity, I was able to secure a more central position than I had done for the "Lewes" re-enactment, although at this point the lighting was perhaps not quite as favourable as it had been earlier.
