P87512 - Bike 9: "HOPE PEACE KINDNESS LOVE" - Vale Active Art

This was the best I managed on this.  The facility it is based in was only open for four hours a week, and it seemed that even when open, the bike is left inside, propped up against the window, and from what I can tell, the layout of the facility limits the angles that it can be photographed from the inside.  I can't help feeling that with this and bike 1, someone has missed the main point of having this trail: accessibility.  If I were the artist, I would be somewhat upset by this.
