This is yet another replacement for an image removed during the HTML5 conversion of this collection. I had intended to shoot this location earlier in the week, but didn't quite manage it, and as a result I made a trip to the location on the evening of the last day of my visit to photograph the caves. Perhaps I should have gone earlier as I did have issues with shadows on the lower part of the caves, but I have managed to get the western part of the Isle of Wight in as compensation.
This was the penultimate exposure of the holiday. I had debated as to whether to use this or the final exposure which was a slightly different angle which didn't feature the Isle of Wight, but was of similar quality. Not really wanting to use both, in the end, the Isle of Wight was the deciding factor in my choice.
Because of the favourable lighting conditions for most of the time during this holiday, all of the exposures taken with the 16-80mm lens were taken with a polarising filter attached.
