Taken on a class 37 "Double-up" event, with both of the line's class 37 diesels being rostered for that day's diesel working.
I had intended to photograph this train in Dixton Cutting, in order to make a change from Gotherington station, which I'd rather heavily used in 2024. However, the state of the vegetation on the side of the cutting ruled out the angle I wanted for the image, so I returned to the station and photographed it there instead. I have a feeling I may have been the only passenger to make use of the halt that day (not the first time this would have happened).
