"You've redecorated. I don't like it!"
This was the last image I took on this session. With Greenwich Mean Time in force, by this point it was getting dark, and with the light fading, I decided to call it a day after this, and caught the next train to Broadway, where I had parked.
I wasn't expecting the locomotive to be in a black livery, which I assume was to match 3850. I think I may have mistaken it for 3850 earlier in the day because of this, and quite frankly, I'd rather it was in green to match my model. At least it was GWR wartime black, and not BR Black (I subsequently discovered that the loco will remain in this livery for 2025, as a commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the end of World War II).
