Moving north from the previous, St Mary's Halt was opened in 1991 by the Dean Forest Railway (the station did not exist prior to this) as Lydney Lakeside, and that point was the southern terminus of the line.   The halt was taken out of use in 2013, and this was taken from a public footpath running to the west of the line at this point.
